  9. Dumper is a small CLI/Shell program that enables the user visualy view
  10. binary files via a hex and ASCII dump. It requires v39 of dos.library.
  11.  
  12. Place it in your C: drawer. To run it simple type Dumper <Filename>,
  13. where <Filename> is the name of the file you want to view. Make sure
  14. that your shell window is opened out wide.
  15.
